MBA Midtown Market

Hi! The MBA is planning a Midtown Market on SATURDAY, AUGUST 3, 10am - 2pm. 

All are welcome and it is FREE to vend at the market, you just need to provide a vendor permit and liability insurance (see below for details).

If you'd like to vend at the market, please apply below and we will contact you with confirmation.

Feel free to share with friends and neighbors! Vendor businesses do not need to be located in Midtown.

The Midtown Linear Park (between Cornell Street and Oneil Street)

Cost to Vend:
N/A

Important Notes:

• The MBA cannot provide any equipment.

• Please provide your own chairs, tables, and tents.

• This event is on the Midtown Linear Park (on the grass alongside the trail). As the ground is grass, we cannot accommodate wheeled vehicles. 

Electricity and water are NOT provided.

Permits & Insurance Requirements:

• Vendors must complete a City vendor application (here, page 4) (note: Disregard the $50 fee).

• Each vendor should have a $1M general liability policy as described in the City vendor application. 

• Each vendor must also need to name the County as additionally insured. 

• Food vendors must comply with all NYS/Ulster County DHS temporary food vendor requirements.

Cancellation/Weather Policy
Event is rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, we will contact vendors with notice of cancellation.
